FAQ
SDQ airport transfer questions
Prices, arrivals, delays, payment, group capacity and longer routes. Confirm your own itinerary with dispatch before travel.
How much is an SDQ airport transfer?
VIP one-way prices include Boca Chica $55, Zona Colonial $79 and Bávaro $349, per vehicle for 1–6 passengers within confirmed capacity. Taxes and tolls are included.
Is the price per person or per vehicle?
Per vehicle and direction. Children count toward capacity. On eligible local routes, a 7–14-passenger van adds $40 VIP. Long-distance vans require a separate quote; confirm all passengers, bags and seats.
Where does the driver meet me?
In public arrivals after immigration, baggage and customs, with a name sign. Follow the latest instructions in your written booking and verify the driver through your saved dispatch contact.
What if my flight is late?
We track the booked flight and airline delays are covered under the published service. Tell dispatch about cancellations, rebookings or delays inside the terminal. The no-show terms specify 60 minutes after tracked landing when nobody appears and no message arrives.
Do you offer shared shuttles?
No. We sell private transfers for your party to the agreed address. Any additional stop or second destination must be confirmed with dispatch.
How do I pay?
Cash in USD or DOP to the driver, or bank transfer by arrangement. No prepayment is required to hold a booking. Confirm the amount, currency and payment timing in writing; this website has no card checkout.
Do you drive to Punta Cana, Samaná or Jarabacoa from SDQ?
Published VIP vehicle rates include Bávaro $349, Samaná/Las Terrenas $399 and Jarabacoa $289. Confirm capacity and availability. Long-distance vans and additional itinerary requirements need a separate quote. SDQ and PUJ are different airports.
Are tolls included?
Yes. Tolls on the confirmed transfer route are included in the agreed price. Confirm any additional stops or detours before travel.
Can I pay in pesos?
Yes, in pesos or US dollars, using the exchange rate agreed with dispatch on WhatsApp before the trip.
Do you drive to Punta Cana from SDQ?
Published VIP fares per vehicle for 1–6 passengers are Bávaro $349, Cap Cana $325 and Uvero Alto $385, one-way. Confirm luggage and vehicle capacity. If you land at PUJ, use pujairporttransfer.com.
What about Samaná, Jarabacoa or Santiago?

Are you the same operator as PUJ Airport Transfer?
Yes. A&M Caribbean Group SRL operates SDQ VIP and PUJ Airport Transfer, with the team behind cana.tours. Confirm the airport code when booking.
Can I book only the return leg?
Yes. The published one-way zone fare also applies toward SDQ. Confirm the exact pickup entrance, flight departure time, passengers and luggage. Plan airline-required airport arrival time plus road time and a contingency buffer.
