Short answer
For a business transfer, send the traveller's name, flight, pickup or destination address, passenger and luggage count, and the contact responsible for changes. Request the required invoice details and payment arrangement before confirming. Repeat trips still need individual dates and flight information; a previous booking does not reserve a new vehicle.
Identify the passenger and the coordinator
A company assistant may book while somebody else travels. Give dispatch the name that should appear on the pickup sign and a reachable contact for the traveller. Identify which person can approve changes to the itinerary or quote, so a delayed flight does not lead to contradictory instructions from several colleagues.
Forward the final pickup confirmation to the passenger before departure. Include the saved dispatch number, meeting instructions and destination. Avoid sending unrelated employee records or identity documents when a name and flight reference are enough to coordinate the ride.
Agree the invoice and payment details
Provide the billing name and the invoice information your company requires, and ask dispatch to confirm what can be issued. If a purchase order, reference or particular delivery address is required, resolve that before the journey. Do not assume that a receipt and your employer's preferred invoice format are interchangeable.
Our published options are cash in USD or DOP or a bank transfer by arrangement. A corporate booking does not automatically establish credit terms, monthly billing or card acceptance. Have the payer and dispatch agree the method, currency, total and timing in writing.
Separate transfers from a working-day itinerary
An airport-to-office transfer is one journey to the agreed address. If the driver must wait during a meeting, continue to another office and finish at a hotel, request that itinerary explicitly. List each address and the expected waiting period so dispatch can quote the appropriate service.
For repeat bookings, maintain a dated list rather than reusing a screenshot from the previous trip. Check whether luggage, colleagues or destinations have changed. Confirm the return pickup independently using the airline's airport-arrival requirement and a realistic road allowance.
