A map pin, entrance instruction and reachable host prevent avoidable delays at the final address.

Short answer
Send the building or development name, street address, map pin and the entrance your host wants the driver to use. For a controlled gate, have the host arrange any required access authorization. Confirm the actual meeting point again for the return; the booking platform's listing name may not identify a visible entrance.
Turn the listing into a usable address
A short rental listing may use a marketing name that is absent from the building facade. Ask your host for the building or development name and a map pin at the vehicle entrance. Add a street reference or landmark when several nearby buildings look alike.
Check the location against your booking before sending it. A pin in the middle of a large development can route a vehicle toward an unsuitable gate. If the host sends a new entrance instruction, forward it to dispatch rather than assuming the driver received it separately.
Arrange access without oversharing
Ask the host what security needs to admit the booked vehicle and who will answer if the gate calls. Share the minimum information required through the established booking contact. Do not place personal access codes in public reviews or a public social-media request for a driver.
If you will arrive late, establish whether reception or your host will still be available. Confirm the key handover independently: transport to the address does not establish that the apartment is ready or that someone will admit you. Keep an alternative host contact where possible.
Confirm a practical unloading point
Tell dispatch about stairs, a narrow street, a low garage entrance or a walking-only final approach if your host identifies one. Ask where the vehicle can stop legally and safely. Do not assume a larger van can reach exactly the same place as a smaller car.
For departure, distinguish the time you leave the apartment from the agreed vehicle departure time. Allow for elevators, returning keys and taking bags to the meeting point. If the return address differs from the arrival address, send a new itinerary and obtain the revised confirmation.
