Villa and apartment pickups
Private accommodation needs an exact entrance and access instructions. Send the building or villa name, unit number and a map pin; confirm who can authorize the driver to enter before travel.
Homes in the Zona Colonial
For stays around El Conde, Las Damas and Plaza España, confirm the vehicle-accessible entrance. A pedestrian entrance or map pin inside the property may not be a suitable pickup point.
Apartments in Piantini and Naco
Send the tower name and unit number. Ask the host which lobby or vehicle entrance the driver should use, and whether security needs advance authorization.
Boca Chica and Juan Dolio apartments
Confirm the exact condominium, unit and gate rather than only the beach or neighborhood name. Share the access instructions supplied by your host.
Casa de Campo villas
Provide the villa number and ask the owner or manager to arrange the required access authorization. A transfer booking by itself does not authorize entry to the estate.
Las Terrenas and Samaná villas
Send a map pin for the actual entrance and ask the host about road surface, slopes and vehicle access. Discuss difficult final approaches and luggage before the vehicle is confirmed.
