SDQ to a Casa de Campo Villa: Resort Booking or Private Rental?

Identify the business or host responsible for your stay and the person handling arrival. A resort villa reservation and an independently rented property within the estate may have different arrangements. A booking-platform listing or the words Casa de Campo do not prove resort benefits. Ask your reservation contact to confirm the services attached to your specific stay.

The resort’s official villa page lists a private round-trip airport transfer among its Oceanfront villa benefits, with Santo Domingo among the airports named. This is not a promise for every villa or booking channel. Ask whether your reservation includes SDQ, which dates and passengers are covered, and who will send pickup instructions. Keep the written answer before arranging a second car.

Costasur describes entry through authorized gates using an authorization or pass. Ask your host or resort contact to coordinate the requirements for your guests and booked vehicle, and confirm the permitted entrance with dispatch. A transfer reservation does not authorize estate entry or replace accommodation registration. Follow the property’s approved process for any required information rather than posting documents or access codes publicly.

Send the villa name or number, full address, entrance map pin and a reachable arrival contact. Ask where check-in and key handover take place; do not assume hotel reception, the main gate and the villa door are interchangeable. Confirm who will receive you if the flight is late. The car arrangement does not establish that the accommodation is ready or that access has been approved.

For a journey not covered by the stay, send SDQ VIP the arriving flight, local date, villa and access instructions, passengers, suitcases, strollers, golf cases and child-seat or assistance needs. Request availability, vehicle capacity and the total in writing. Additional stops need agreement. If replacing an included ride, resolve the change with its provider before confirming another; do not assume a refund or credit.

For the return, specify SDQ, PUJ or LRM from the ticket, the flight and local departure date, and the exact villa collection point. Agree checkout, loading and gate arrangements with the host, then plan pickup from the airline’s required airport-arrival time and a realistic road allowance. Reconfirm changed passengers, luggage or airports. Keep each provider’s confirmation; a request alone does not reserve a vehicle.
