Dispatch can then confirm availability, vehicle arrangement, price and meeting instructions together. Save the final confirmation with the contact number. A displayed estimate or an unanswered WhatsApp message is not the same as an accepted booking.

For a request after landing, share your actual status

Say whether you are still at immigration, waiting for baggage or already in public arrivals. Share a reachable phone number and remain at the agreed location while dispatch checks availability. Do not describe an immediate departure as confirmed until the operator provides a pickup plan.

If there is no suitable vehicle, compare another verified transport option using the full destination and fare. Avoid making several conflicting confirmed reservations for the same journey. If you accept an alternative, notify the first operator promptly rather than leaving a driver waiting.

Update an existing booking instead of duplicating it

Reply in the original booking conversation when a flight or hotel changes. State exactly what has changed and ask dispatch to reconfirm any effect on price or pickup. This keeps one current itinerary instead of two different versions of your trip.

Our published terms allow cancellation without charge when notice is given before pickup. Communicate a cancellation directly; simply abandoning the form or missing a call does not tell an assigned driver that the ride is no longer needed.
