Price questions
Is the price per person or per vehicle?
Per vehicle and direction. Children count toward capacity. On eligible local routes, a 7–14-passenger van adds $40 VIP or $40 VIP. Long-distance vans require a separate quote; confirm all passengers, bags and seats.
Are these prices fixed or estimates?
The accepted quote is fixed for the agreed zone, vehicle arrangement and itinerary. Confirm changes to addresses, stops, passengers or luggage before travel. An on-screen estimate alone does not assign a vehicle.
Is there a round-trip discount?
Book both legs together and the return leg is 5% off. The discount is on the return only, not both legs. Use the displayed rounded total and confirm both dates and addresses.
What if my flight is late?
We track the booked flight and airline delays are covered under the published service. Tell dispatch about cancellations, rebookings or delays inside the terminal. The no-show terms specify 60 minutes after tracked landing when nobody appears and no message arrives.
How do I pay?
Cash in USD or DOP to the driver, or bank transfer by arrangement. No prepayment is required to hold a booking. Confirm the amount, currency and payment timing in writing; this website has no card checkout.
