What we collect
Name, WhatsApp number, email if you send one, flight details, pickup or drop-off address and any notes you write when booking.
What we use it for
To arrange and run your transfer: assigning a driver, tracking the flight and contacting you on the day. Website contact statistics are described below.
What we do not do
We store no card data — this website processes no payments. We do not sell or rent your data.
Who it is shared with
Dispatch, the assigned driver and, where relevant, hotel or villa management receive the information needed to arrange the ride or authorize access. Technical providers support storage and email delivery as described below.
Retention and your rights
We keep the trip record for accounting and lost-property reasons. Ask for deletion by writing to info@cana.tours.
Website requests and WhatsApp
Submitting the form stores the request, its language and page in our Supabase-backed database and sends a notification through our email service to the dispatch inbox. The WhatsApp form button also records the request. Opening WhatsApp prepares a message; you decide whether to send it in WhatsApp. WhatsApp then processes information under its own privacy policy.
Contact statistics
When a WhatsApp link is clicked, the website records the button source, page path, language, route identifier, referring page when available and browser user-agent. These records help us understand use of the contact links.
