The Dominican Ministry of Tourism directs commercial-flight passengers to the free official electronic entry/exit form at eticket.migracion.gob.do. Complete the applicable form before airport check-in and save its confirmation. Immigration requirements and transport bookings are separate: our transfer confirmation does not establish permission to enter the country.

Open the official form from the source link below and check the domain before entering passport information. If a website asks for a processing payment, distinguish that site's optional service from the government's free form. Do not send passport details to a transfer driver to have the form completed for you.
Keep the confirmation and the information needed to retrieve your application somewhere you can access while travelling. Avoid posting them in public groups or reviews. If you cannot resolve an application issue, use the official guidance or the airline rather than guessing an answer to a declaration.
Prepare consistent travel details
Have the flight itinerary, travel dates and full accommodation address ready. If staying in an apartment or villa, ask the host for the address rather than relying only on a map pin. Check names and dates carefully against the travel documents before submitting.
Make a separate transport message containing only what dispatch needs: flight, local arrival date, booking name, group details and destination. Keeping the immigration application separate avoids sharing unnecessary personal information and reduces the chance of confusing travel dates.
Check your own entry requirements
Consult the current official entry guidance and your airline for your nationality, passport, residence status and itinerary. Do not rely on another traveller's experience as proof that the same rule applies to you. Requirements and exceptions may differ between travellers and can change.
If your documents need clarification, settle it before the flight rather than trying to solve it during transfer booking. A driver can coordinate a road pickup; the driver cannot approve entry, interpret an individual immigration case or waive an airline's document check.
Update the transfer if travel changes
After a rebooking, confirm that the details held by dispatch match the new arriving flight and local date. A change made to an airline booking or official entry form does not automatically update your private transfer.
Before leaving for the airport, keep the required travel confirmations and the separate pickup contact accessible offline. For departure from the Dominican Republic, review the applicable exit process as well as the pickup time from your accommodation.
