Access and arrival instructions

For Iberostar Selection Hacienda Dominicus, use the full property name and the confirmed entrance when arranging the journey. Use Hacienda Dominicus rather than just Iberostar in all pickup messages. Tell dispatch if you are leaving from a different hotel after visiting this resort. Route choice depends on current traffic and the confirmed vehicle entrance; a map estimate is not a guaranteed arrival time. Ask reception or your host to verify any access instructions before dispatch finalizes pickup.
