Access and arrival instructions

For Casa Colonial Beach & Spa, use the full property name and the confirmed entrance when arranging the journey. Include Playa Dorada and Puerto Plata in the destination. Confirm guest access before the long drive and identify the actual flight airport for the return. Route choice depends on current traffic and the confirmed vehicle entrance; a map estimate is not a guaranteed arrival time. Ask reception or your host to verify any access instructions before dispatch finalizes pickup.

From SDQ arrivals to your accommodation

1. 1Before departure, send SDQ VIP your flight number, travel date and reservation at Casa Colonial Beach & Spa. Confirm the vehicle and total in writing.
2. 2After immigration, baggage collection and customs, follow the agreed name-sign meeting instructions. Contact dispatch if the meeting point is unclear.
3. 3Your private road journey continues to Casa Colonial Beach & Spa. The final entrance and access arrangements must match those confirmed with the property.
4. 4At the agreed entrance, count your bags and check the vehicle before proceeding to hotel reception.
