Access and arrival instructions

For Excellence El Carmen, use the full property name and the confirmed entrance when arranging the journey. Check whether your hotel package includes airport transport. Confirm airport and resort together so a PUJ arrangement is not mistaken for an SDQ pickup. Route choice depends on current traffic and the confirmed vehicle entrance; a map estimate is not a guaranteed arrival time. Ask reception or your host to verify any access instructions before dispatch finalizes pickup.

From SDQ arrivals to your accommodation

1. 1Before departure, send SDQ VIP your flight number, travel date and reservation at Excellence El Carmen. Confirm the vehicle and total in writing.
2. 2After immigration, baggage collection and customs, follow the agreed name-sign meeting instructions. Contact dispatch if the meeting point is unclear.
3. 3Your private road journey continues to Excellence El Carmen. The final entrance and access arrangements must match those confirmed with the property.
4. 4At the agreed entrance, count your bags and check the vehicle before proceeding to hotel reception.

Where to meet the vehicle

Agree the collection point at Excellence El Carmen before your return journey. Be ready with your bags at the confirmed point after completing checkout. Notify dispatch if reception directs you to a different entrance. Keep a reachable WhatsApp number and have your party and bags ready at the confirmed time.

Departure: when to leave the hotel

Leaving Excellence El Carmen for SDQ? Send the departure flight and airline check-in requirements so dispatch can work backwards to your collection time. Allow the airline’s required airport-arrival time, plus the planned drive and a road contingency. Confirm the pickup with dispatch. Reconfirm the exact hotel entrance and any early-morning access arrangements.

Area and additional stops

This pickup is identified as Uvero Alto, Punta Cana. A visit to a restaurant, attraction or another hotel is a separate stop: provide its address and request an updated quote before adding it to the airport journey.

Dispatch notes

• · Count suitcases and any oversized items before confirming vehicle capacity.
• · If arriving after midnight, confirm the room night and late check-in directly with the property.
• · Request child seats, mobility assistance and space for large luggage before vehicle confirmation.
